Comprehensive Tuition Plans
Elementary (K–5)

Our Elementary program focuses on foundational literacy, numeracy, and social development. Tuition covers a full academic year of core curriculum plus electives.

Payment Options & Financial Aid
Payment Schedules
We offer flexible payment plans to suit different family budgets. Families can choose to pay tuition in full for the academic year to receive a 5% discount, or opt for a semester-based payment plan. For those requiring monthly flexibility, we offer a 10-month installment plan (August through May) which requires a modest setup fee. All payments are processed securely through our online portal.
- Annual: One-time payment (Best Value).
- Semester: Two payments (Aug & Jan).
- Monthly: 10 installments via auto-draft.
Refunds & Financial Aid
TLVA is committed to fairness. If a family withdraws within the first 14 calendar days of the semester, a 100% tuition refund (minus registration fees) is granted. Withdrawals between 15-30 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued after 30 days of enrollment to ensure we can maintain staffing commitments.
We also offer a limited number of need-based scholarships and hardship grants. Families demonstrating significant financial need can apply for aid prior to the start of the academic year. We also accept various state-funded education savings account (ESA) payments where applicable.
